This past Saturday, at the Aggie Theater in Fort Collins, Rocker T descended upon the stage to perform a free dancehall show for a packed house of all ages.   Featuring a Concious Dancehall set, backed by DJ Unity out of Portland, Oregon, Rocker T came out before a skeptical and diverse crowd.

Starting out by spinning some tracks with the DJ, Rocker T then took to the Mic shortly thereafter to put on a confident and rousing set which had the crowd active and enthused.

Rocker T is well known in the Reggae Community, but outside of that is rather anonymous.  Presented with a mixed, skeptical audience, Rocker T gave an hour and 15 minutes of a thoroughly engaging set which not only kept the crowd but won it over.

Playing some of his older tunes and his newer tunes the same, Rocker T  showed his range as he displayed a variety of styles for the crowd.  Going from Hip Hop to dancehall to a little gospel to roots he went up and down the range of musical abilities.

Rocker T displayed his talent as he kept the crowd through numerous vocals sans musical background, and also provided some of his message about Love and Peace during his speeches to the crowd..

A bonus to see was the use of the the melodica, the very sound of it, wailing over heavy dub rhythms, gave the music a whole new sub-division - the Far East Sound.
